We are located in the Parkgate Village Shopping Centre in North Vancouver, which is at the corner of Mount Seymour Parkway and Mount Seymour Road.

Appointment Policy

We see our patients on an appointment basis. Please contact our office to schedule one before your visit. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, debit and cash.

Privacy Statement

We respect your privacy and do not collect or give out any information to any third party vendors or internet businesses.  No information will ever be disclosed to outside parties, and we strictly adhere to this policy.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. Aswell as pocket pets and birds should also be in an appropriate carrier.

Emergencies

In the event of an emergency during our normal office hours please call ahead if possible and proceed directly to our practice. For after hour emergencies, we advise that you contact the Vancouver Animal Emergency Clinic shown below.
